Laura Crowgey is the HR & Wellness Coordinator helping out with recruitment, HR, and healthy endeavors within the company. Prior to working for our team, Laura was a Wellness Coach at a non-profit agency serving those who struggle with substance abuse and mental health. Her focus was on behavioral, motivational, and exercise strategies to reach one’s optimal health. She is also certified in personal training and is a fitness nutrition specialist. Outside of work, Laura enjoys working out and spending time with her family – most importantly big family dinners!
